Looks Ok really specially for the price - "Developed by professional bikepackers" - whose that then??
So far no one has copied revelates doubled up seat rail straps / buckles which give twice as much pull and help keep things stable.

For the money you could get 2-3 sets of Roswheel luggage off Aliexpress, quality looks about the same from the photos.
