Another vote for G-ones. Tubeless are surprisingly sprightly on tarmac and nice and cushiony on bumps. Not terribly reassuring on loose stuff though.

I've been riding Conti cyclocross speed recently.
Really liking these tyres
Specced and measured at 35mm

So far tested on road, hardpack, and loose over hard.
Feel confident and assured on all.

Don't think they'd do too well in mud.

If the Riddler 37c is anything like the bigger version, you'd not go wrong ... although, the correct answer is probably 650b wheels and 50c tyres

Schwalbe CX Pro on the ol' 26" Cadex here. Reasonably hard wearing...somewhat grippy. Still have me on my arse with ice though.

I run Continental Cyclo X King in 35c on my Croix De Fer. I like them, although they are noticeably draggy on tarmac.

Wired ones are £20 each round these parts...

Smart sam are a pretty good all round option, cheap, not draggy, decent off road, good side lugs. I've ridden a lot of miles on them and like the way they roll (though not currently using them)

Riddler 37 I have only tried on the back but it's fast...not sure it's gonna last long mind (have a nano 40 up front)

If it's just gravel and tarmac and not really mud then challenge gravel grinders are super fast and nice in the 120tpi version, I just found them a bit specific

My GF is currently riding the French Divide. She has the Riddler 37 set up tubeless on her gravel bike. She says the tyres have been great though she would have prefered a different bike for the red mtb trails!
