Looks like they've finally made it properly waterproof and a bit smaller. I liked my old satmap 10 but the lack of waterproofness and its general bulk and weight eventually put me onto garmins.

Glass screen is asking for trouble on such a device.

Thought Garmin was being cheap having a plastic screen on the Montana 610 until the first time I dropped it.

The most horrible piece of ill-thought kit that the indoor-based marketing departments of the outdoor industry have ever seen fit to thrust upon the hapless consumer in their most malicious moments of insensitivity.

Or to put it more succinctly: a turd box powered by electricity.
