2nd one iv'e broke can't emphasise the importance of wearing a lid, whilst I will be slightly stiff and it should have knocked some sense in, I will most probably need a another go, really soft off but hey ho I get another go

A 20ish mph tarmac interface. The helmet moved a bit on impact hence the blood from a friction burn. Bruising is from glasses plus some road grime on my face.

Wonder if MIPS would help next time as it allows the helmet to move a little more whilst keeping the inside tight on the skull

It was a couple of years ago, I think the third helmet I've properly trashed. I really should know better at my age, broke a rib falling off on Easter Saturday and it's still giving me gip.
