French trip

Post by tenbears10 »

I'm planning a trip from Bordeaux to narbonne at the end of July anyone been there before? I'm going to use the train to get to the start and back at the end, camping along the way. The canal du midi looks a good start for some traffic free miles. Any tips would be great. Thanks

If you're happy to navigate using a phone, have a play with the komoot.com routing. You can choose road, gravel or mountain biking routes, and drag the route to visit places of interest along the way, among many other features. It's OSM-based, so you may wish to export a GPX and then overlay on IGN mapping using e.g. vttrack.fr to check accuracy.
