Bob's posh pole bag.

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

I suppose this is possibly about as exciting as a bag to store your poles in gets - anyway, Bob wanted a bag for his tarp pole that attaches to the straps of his front harness. The underside of the bag has two webbing loops that the straps on the harness fit through, so in theory the pole bag should sit nicely on top of the dry bag in the harness. I've added a foam stiffener to the inside to keep the thing sitting flat.

On the inside of the closure flap, I've also added a 'bonus' cuben peg pocket, ya know, for pegs an' stuff. Total weight for pole, 6 pegs and the bag is 149g ... I might have gone mad on the webbing.

Hopefully, it'll work okay
