About twenty five set off but an OTB early on meant a couple had to retire. The out route was mostly in the woods so we were sheltered from the worst of the weather.

This got us to the cafe, I think fat bikes outnumbered roadies by four to one.
The return route was via woods to get to the beach.
Heading back to the car park was straight in to the wind and hard work at times.
