Salsa reckon that you would be better off with the Medium frame, however the Large is too small for me at 6'2" with offset post & 80mm stem. Mate at 5'10" found it to be a perfect fit for him. hth

I’ve used the same adapters on my old Spearfish with PFbb30 - you just pop those into the bearings on your frame and fit HollowTech cranks.
