Re: Winter bivi ‘22 Now with added update.
Postponed due to the roads being shut / dodgy. Hopefully all those attending are now informed. We shall choose another date in the not too distant future :-bd I got the message 120 miles into my journey there :-bd glad I got the message then and not when I was beached in my car nearly there

Is there any vague plan to stop at a pub for dinner, or is it a bring all the food we need type affair planned?

I have the dremel versatip - that's fine for hobby useage and cutting webbing and odd bits of soldering etc. Probably not professional level...but once you reach that you'll probably no what you want and justify spending lots!

oh, and if you get a metal one - some insulation (foiled bubble wrap) makes a helluva difference to reducing condensation.

Re: Bike storage
I'm a fan of those plastic keter sheds, I've put up a couple and taking delivery of one soon, the more expensive ones really are a good product and I'd certainly recommend them over a wooden one at the same price point. They don't move around with moisture etc. as much as a wooden one, no rot and ar...

Re: Bear Bones Bikepacking Events Calendar.
Yeah, sorry I'm a bit hopeless these days....
I could perhaps keep the Bear Bones events up to date on it and then it's no bother for people to keep it on their list of calendars if they want and is still relevant that way?
