Are you still running 2x10 transmission on the Longitude? And what brand of tyres were you using?

XT Hubs

Can somebody remind me what series XT hubs did Shimano go all to pot with?
I'm talking about issues with bearings, bent/broken axles, what series number was it M7??

Cheers

Re: Bargain Alert Thread

Popped into B&Q for 0.5L of Meths and they were charging £3.87 per 0.5L then I walked round the corner to Home Bargains (do they have them south of the border?) and picked it up for 99p. Yeah thats right 99p for a 1/2 ltr.

I've tried it on RB but Dales don't sell that well on there, don't know why :???:
This uses a 1&1/2" steerer, I could probably include a H/S reducer then you could use a tapered or straight steerer (bigger selection of forks to choose from).

Re: New 26er Frame?

I never knew you got an adaptor headset, cheers. Hope do a crown race adaptor that works with their normal tapered headset- not sure if that's what was meant but it means i can swap back and forth easily between a tapered steerer suss fork and straight rigid. Yes, that's 'if' your frame already has...
