Re: On-One Rango - It was just a matter of time.

Just realised, looking closer at these, there's no way to run a front mech?

I'm definitely oot then. (Not that I was ever really 'in' in the first place...)

Re: Clearout

How long are the Middleburn cranks and would you be interested in selling just the arms? Hiya Chris They're 175s, and I'd think about selling arms and the Uno ring together if that would work? Don't really want to separate more than that as I think it'd be harder to sell the Uno ring on its own if ...

I shared a room with him in Alaska last year. He snores.

All of these variants - Trek, On-One, Shand etc - all look a bit 'meh' to me.

Lael rules : ) was thinking it was only time before a woman proved that the longer the race the more even it gets between the sexes. Great thing for cycling in general I think. Indeed. There's also Lee Craigie's 3rd place in the HT550 and in fell running Jasmin Paris has done the fourth fastest win...

Re: Who's warm and dry

I was warm and a little damp kayaking on the Tryweryn and the Dee on Sat and Sun then warm and dry around a nice cosy camp fire and then in my tent both nights. I'm now warm and very damp sitting in a lovely hot bath at home. Might go for a ride on the CX tomorrow if I'm feeling enthusiastic.

Re: Air mat dilemma

I binned both a Numo and a POE Ether, very similar mats, both massive delamination problems - what looked like hundreds of tiny pin-prick holes when dunked in the bath. Back to Thermarest type mats and probably staying that way.
