My Chipper lived on with bent forks for a long while.

With my background of 2 'skip build' Raleigh's as a kid (a Chipper and a frame only built up Rodeo) and then my first MTB (ATB) being an 1985 Maverick, I enjoyed the overview it gave.

I never got the newsletter (although it says my email is already signed up) and it is not in my spam either.

I got on alright with reba's.

Then the next bike had X fusion which went back and forward to the distributor (long story). But I'm not a fan overall of them.*

Now my latest has Fox. So far so good but very early days so can't say too much.

In my shallow, colour infused world I'm also looking at superstar grinder grips. Any experience with these?

I had some racers edge grips in the past. They were ok but never offered the fabled comfort I'd heard so much about from ESI grips. On reflection perhaps they may have a touch too skinny for my long fingers. Anyway I'm tempted to try some chunky versions. Partly due to the colour as I'm sad like tha...
