Re: Wanted XL Hunka
I bought a Rab storm a few weeks ago - I was a bit concerned that my winter Rab bag wouldn't have space to loft in the Survival Zone I have but ther's plenty of room in the Storm. I had it in a Go Outdoors sale for@£40 - can't say if it's any better than an xl hunka though. How much do you want for ...

Re: Lights?
THe DX/Magishines/Bastids are great for the money and i think it's now very hard to justfy spending much more - but if I had to depend on my kit being reliable and not letting me down miles from anywhere I'd want a Troutelight (which I have) or a Lumicycle LED set up - I also have a cheap chinese to...

Re: If fat bikes were cheaper ...
I can see why Fat bikes work - what I'm not sure about is what advantages there are to having a fat front on a normal 29er - it'd be great to try it with my Surly KM - but I'm not sure why

Stu,
I just sold mine on STW - had a lot of enquiries, esp for the frame so it may be worth a post on there.
What brakes have you got on it?

Re: Your most memorable trip?
Have to agree - the December bivi trip was a cracker! Great company, got talked into the WRT and found another excuse to buy kit! I learned a few things on that trip - a 5 inch Full Sus bike with a 45l daysac is not the ideal kit to go on a winter bike bivi! - get your place under the tarp as soon a...
