Re: Best bar set up

Must admit I did look at the Alpkit Joey but then just zip tied a piece of inner tube over the bolts instead. Think I'll save my money for the time being while I look around further.

Re: Best bar set up

Does this set up clear the allen bolts on the stem? Was thinking of doing this as one solution to my problem. I'm only putting about 1kg on there.

To solve this issue I'm looking at upgrading to either the Salsa anything exp cradle or an Alpemayo harness which was well r...

Re: Plantar fasciitis

This company do bespoke insoles to help cure plantar fasciitis problems. They're not cheap but many companies refer their employees here to help them with this problem. If they're not local to you there may be somewhere nearer to you online. http://www.skiequipmentuk.co.uk/shop/footbeds-and-insoles/...

Can also recommend Tarn Foot Farm at Loughrigg Tarn for camping if you're that way inclined. Basic site but excellent. No shortage of great spots locally to bivvy though.

Garmin touring

Looking at getting a garmin gps touring but am a bit wary after reading the reviews. Does anyone have any experience of the unit or can you recommend any other gps such as the lezyne? I don't need it for speed, heart rate, etc. I only want a unit to be able to download a routemap onto when riding ab...

Anybody any experience of the Sonder Frontier? Looking at the Sonder Frontier NX1 Recon Hobo 27.5+ but would like to hear someone's personal experience of the bike before committing to a purchase.
