I asked Stu the same question, and the answer was
"Evening Paul,
As long as I know prior to the routes going out, so roughly a week before."

Re: BB200 2024
Aaagh - stuck in 200/300 indecision here! I'd wanted the 300, but am suffering with plantar fascitis at the moment so it all depends on the amount of hiking involved... But I've cried off doing a Bob Graham this summer and my place in the spine race for next January (because of the PF) so should pro...

Re: Shimano hub question
But it's relatively simple to skim the back of a road cassette to fit the MTB tub, so long as it's one with a central aluminium spider on the bigger cogs. That's easy for you to say  I did this once for a friend and it took me ages to mount it in the lathe square  It was only that he had...

Mapy.cz has worked well for me - a bit basic interface, but fairly kind to the battery and works nicely.

While I've not used the i35, I've been very happy with KOM i23, i25 and i40 rims so see no reason not to suggest the 35!

Re: A perplexing issue with gears
Check the ends of the outer cables, under the ferrules. I had a stupid issue with shifting on my road bike and couldn't find it for ages, turned out the outer had split right where it left the shifter so it couldn't be seen... but compressed lots when used and gave a similar issue to what you're fin...

Swap? Hope XD for HG
Hi, I've got a rear hope wheel with a SRAM driver, and want a Shimano one. Is anyone in the opposite position and want to swap free hub bodies?

Very happy Friday here, activities day at school so I've ended up taking 14 lovely kids to the local bouldering wall. Some of them really took to it too, and one who's really shy and struggles at school was a total natural and beaming all the time 😁 Even got to do plenty of problems myself, and whil...

Re: DIY Frames and fixtures - Aluminium section joins and sliders
Massively overkill, but have you looked at PVD http://www.peterverdone.com/ and the modular frame jigs he makes and uses?
Otherwise, you can definitely get screw in corners for use in large display boards (might be what you showed above)

Re: What you done t' your bike today
I went to the pump track on my BMX last week, and thought how much fun it would be on a 26" jump bike too... So had a rummage about in the garage and built one entirely from bits I was trying to clear out! Oops... Think I may have too much bike crap/treasure/priceless relics! https://lh3.google...
