Re: New style Decathlon bottle mounts.
Thanks for the links.
Decathlon need to improve their search engine, as that doesn't come up when searching for 'bottle cage' or 'bottle'
Couldn't find it by looking through the various departments, either.

I would love to see the look on a farmers face ,on discovering 30 people, all illegally camped on their land emerging from various shelters in the same bear onesie He might be as surprised as this guy... https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=%23&ved=2ahUKEwi797HAqvXhA...

I work near the airport, and use basecamp with my etrex 35 - could pop round on my way home, if the timing is right.

Re: Veloviewer map - explorer tiles
After a pretty frustrating week, and a wasted morning, trying (unsuccessfully) to get my Etrex35 to navigate a downloaded route (looks like it's borked, as the same route works on my GPSmap 60csx) I headed off for a road ride in the sunshine. Bagging three new tiles took my square from 11*11 to 13*1...

Re: Veloviewer map - explorer tiles
Not been riding much, lately, but beginning to pick up a bit. Went for a social ride with some friends (their route) and was gutted to find, afterwards, that I very narrowly ( as in " I could have just ridden down the wrong side of the road" narrowly) missed two new tiles. Will just have t...

Was looking at the problem solvers website, earlier, and they recommend wrapping the straps around the frame - so you made the right decision.

Re: Attaching a quilt to a mat, any tricks?
You could try those elastic straps with clips on, that come with ironing board covers This is just a guess, as the (maybe just perceived) minor temperature gradients around the edge of the quilt puts me off. Currently trying to mentally justify the cost of a small pack size, down bag, at the moment,...

Apologies to boners from 'the shires' - last time I saw a branch of Burton's was when I lived in the Midlands, over a quarter of a century ago.
