Re: Fat Fighters '24. The year for deflation!

Sorry to hear this Rich. The diet can go to hell. Just getting through life's stresses is far more important. I found ODAAT really is the way.... One Day At A Time. This too will pass. If you ever need to vent, talk sh1t through, whatever, people are here. Me included. We don't know each other. Tha...

Re: Head Torch on Helmet - any Experience please?

I've been using a Fenix BC21R V2 which takes 18650 batteries. I mount it on the helmet. Very pleased with it. Looks like there is a version 3 now: https://www.fenixlighting.com/products/fenix-bc21r-v3-rechargeable-bike-light The Fenix ALD-08 Helmet Bike Light Holder will apparently work for this li...

Re: Head Torch on Helmet - any Experience please?

I quite like the Diablo as a helmet torch, but I don't rate the mount. I did switch to a velcro mount recently but I nearly ripped my head off when it got caught on a low branch... so yeah, could do with a bit more thought there. (Oh, and you can recharge the Exposure lights via USB, but it'...

Re: Fat Fighters '24. The year for deflation!

Sorry to hear that Rich. Hope all gets sorted soon. After watching that podcast with Moodi I think I'm gonna reduce my meat intake to just 2 days a week. Really reckon it'll help alot. Cheers buddy. Right now I'm barely holding on to any sort of vaguely appropriate diet. Certainly not the right tim...

I had completely forgotten 2018 was the storm year too. I had such a nightmare with punctures after the start that it felt like two completely different events.

If you're feeling fancy you can also fit a Presta pump head easily enough.

When I looked into this recently I was told that 6L would work fine, though I have no direct experience.

I still have my Airshot if it comes to it though.

Alas, I have basically exactly 12mm of clearance. Definitely not worth the risk!

Apparently the gravel ones are slightly wider, so I could keep an eye out for those.
