Continental inner tubes with removable valve cores, Park Tool patches and a small Stans as back up.
I love tubeless but concerns on a long ride if it failed. ..

Why not miss out the bars and go straight from the bar extender to the top of the forks? You might be asking a bit much of the extender clamp to grip the bars under tension - both friction against the bar and torsion as the pull is off centre. Are you looking for more than just the cost of the broken bike parts/cost to fit in a LBS?
If not, why not just speak to them - most people feel bad about an accident and are reasonable.
Quicker than a formal route and less stressful/annoying.

Just dug out a map and checked. The Lioness will take a waterproof map inside.Will the Lioness take an OS map?
