Saris Bones bike rack - Free - You collect.

If any of you regulars have a need for a Saris Bones 3 bike rear rack I have one you can have. I bought it forgetting I'd need to have electrics and a lightboard on my car.

Collection only from SK22

Re: Restrap 10l Bar Bag VGC

Hi Rich, I was interested in trying one of these, looks like a copy of the Roadrunner Jammer bag but I can't get the Jammer over here. How do you rate the useable capacity compared to the Ortleib accessory pocket roll-top bag? Edit, I see Velotastic are bringing the Jammers in now. Hi James, I can'...

Restrap 10l Bar Bag SOLD

I bought this 2nd hand for my road bike, but it doesn't quite do what I want.

There are some slight grubby marks on the orange inside otherwise it could pass for new.

An unusual Lunar Solo pitch.

Last week I stayed at the Loch Achray campsite. On arrival, I was told that I'd have to pitch my tent on a platform with chains. Those of you who have Lunar solos know that pitching is a fairly precise thing. At first I was stumped. The chains were in the wrong place, and too long. It took a fair wh...

Re: Lightweight Mid inner?

Some of the inners on Aliexpress are reasonably light Rich. Another (very light and cheap option) would be a S2S Nano net - there's no floor but not a problem for a man with your connections. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/52e7c48fe4b0cd0de9836194/1391529335755-YFF8KP08NL574CYBNHSM/i...

Lightweight Mid inner?

I seem to have bought a Cuben Duomid.

Whilst I may use it without, for options I would like a half (1p) inner.

It needs to have a rectangular footprint and be lightweight.

Any ideas?

pistonbroke wrote: Wed Jan 11, 2023 1:46 pm Rich, there is no reason why a "standard" Explore 2 shouldn't work with a power cable attached to the (at last!) USB-C port.
An update to say that the Explore 2 will work whilst plugged into a power bank via it's USB-C port.
