bike bivy this monday anyone?
right after seeing the bivy a month thread im in....planning to ride mon tues this wee coming anyon fancy it and any good suggested routes? i was thinking around cadair or maybe midwales! can anyone recommend any good sheltered spots as its gonna be cold!

Terra Nova laser comp a great one man tent light weight and strong ive had mine up on summits in crazy weather and its holds strong but i warn you take ear plugs its noisey!!!

trail info for scotland anyone?
Anyone done any off road riding on harris, lewis or skye as heading that way in spring. Putting a route together for a huge trip and after some ideas, anyone hit the Torridon area? looking to join some trails up in this area doing my research on internet but area knowledge helpful....cheers

Me and hux are planning a bike trip over new yr. Either a bivvy or hostel weather dependant if anyones interested possibly north wales....If the weathers too bad or bloody freezing like last time then it will be a hostel for sure and beers, anyones welcome to join us

Stu - me and hux are probably up for it also - i defo am after the mach n back really enjoyed that lets hope theres snow or atleast frost again!! I can do this trip and will do this trip dependent on the dates tho. At the moment im planning to do Scotland end april start of may. Im off the first two weeks in may and id rather do this trip with you. when uve decided defo dates let me know as id love to get out there!!

A whole month booked off in april/may to do the outer hebs going to start at Oban head accross to the isles then onto northwest corner accross the top and over to Orkney-Shetland then back down towards the start, this route im not yet decided on? So any ideas would be great :0)
