Not used them myself, but the lightest One looks light for summer use

I had problems with my charger/Joystick. After 2x problems, and sending back and forth both the charger and joystick were replaced. They think my faulty charger caused issues with the light. Steve - when you cut it down, did you have to do any drilling/tapping for the bolts. Also did you trim the bolts too?
