The full gpx goes anti-clockwise (at least it does once I've loaded it into Quo, not tried it on anything else).

Well we didn't go to the Long Mynd but nice 50 mile loop was done. Probably the nicest conditions for bivvying I've ever experienced, warm with almost no dew this morning. tbh when travelling fast and light a couple of sachets of Starbucks Via takes a lot of beating and is way less of a faff than anything else other than old skool instant, which it beats hands down.
